HOME event proposal

HOME event buyouts give you free reign of over 2100 square feet of space for your next event.

Event buyouts do not include access to the HOME Studio, HOME Space, Center 615 recreation hall or courtyard. If you would like to book those spaces for your event, please leave a note in the comments field in the form below or contact us.

Venue capacity is 200, however events with attendance over 100 people will be required to hire security personnel.

Mon. - Thurs. - $200/hr. (3hr. min)

Fri./Sat./Sun./Holidays - $250/hr. (4hr. min)

Mandatory Cleaning/Maintenance Fee = $200

Community Member Rates:

Receive 10% off non-member pricing.

Prices include HOME Stage, lounge & hallway, event supervisor, audio engineer, and use of HOME sound and lighting equipment.

Fri./Sat./Sun./Holidays - $225/hr. (4hr. min)

Mandatory Cleaning/Maintenance Fee = $180

Creative Member Rates:

Receive 50% off non-member pricing.*

Prices include HOME stage, lounge & hallway access, event supervisor, and use of HOME sound and lighting equipment.

Mon. - Thurs. - $100/hr. (3hr. min)

Fri./Sat./Sun./Holidays - $125/hr. (4hr. min)

Mandatory Cleaning/Maintenance Fee = $100

*Audio Engineer not included in pricing, however, a list of approved engineers will be provided. You must be a HOME Creative Member for at least 30 days to get member event rental rates.
